Designed for New Executives to Strengthen Your Leadership Capacity and Your New Organization
The New Executive Leadership Education Program is an accelerated executive leadership development program of instruction designed to enhance each participants’ understanding of the fundamental practices of leadership development while enabling the acquisition of the analytical skills necessary to lead others.
This custom-designed program is geared toward new executive leaders at the City of Corpus Christi and focuses on their role as “leaders of leaders.” Using the topics in this program, our new City’s executive leadership will develop skills to assume greater responsibility in order to optimize their team’s performance and ensure organizational and community success.
The program provides convenient delivery in various locations around the City by participating in monthly two-hour sessions. The program requires participants to successfully complete six sessions (12 hours of instruction) representing key functional areas of leadership development including an assignment that requires the participant to develop a comprehensive case study of their current and future leadership potential.
