Training Tuesdays! Executive Leadership Academy: Customer Service Excellence

Next Tuesday, June 2, 2015 will be the 9th instalment in this year’s Executive Leadership Academy.

Customer Service Excellence!

This course will focus on your role in creating and maintaining excellent customer service as a person in an executive leadership position.

If you are currently in an executive leadership role (this includes the executive leadership department, directors and assistant directors) you should receive an invitation to participate in this course.

If you are not currently in an executive leadership position don’t fret, it is our goal to soon make this academy available to anyone who has graduated from the Supervisor Academy and the Management Academy.
