Aligning Business Practices with Mission
Our City’s strategy is what drives our daily work. Every department, team, project group, and individual should be working in some way to help the company achieve its goals and overall strategy. Learn how to effectively align your leadership to the City’s strategy and put yourself in a great position when you can articulate how your department supports the company’s strategy.
If you are currently in an executive leadership role (this includes the executive leadership department, directors and assistant directors) you should receive an invitation to participate in this course.
If you are not currently in an executive leadership position don’t fret, it is our goal to soon make this academy available to anyone who has graduated from the Supervisor Academy and the Management Academy.
