Students in Dr. Sarah Scott’s MPA Program Evaluation class have been evaluating local proposals to address homelessness. Last spring (2018) they focused primarily on housing.

This spring they have teamed up with Alyssa Barrera (TAMUCC MPA 2012) at the Downtown Management District to evaluate a proposal for a homeless work program downtown.
